Where can I find out more information about online registration?

I requested a password reset but never received the email - I checked my SPAM and junk folder too.
Did you use a different email address in Home Access Center? Only on file email addresses will receive a password reset email notification.

Did another individual in your family have a Home Access Center account? It is possible that you did not have a Home Access Center account previously. A staff member will need to review your account to determine if this is the case. Please ensure that you have provided the information requested above in your reply.

I received my password reset email but when I try to reset the password it says that my first and last name do not match the information on file.
We received information from our vendor that the password reset process should be done either on a desktop computer or using the ParentVUE mobile app (available on the Google Play or Apple App Store). You may experience an issue completing a password reset using your mobile device web browser and not the app.

If you still experience issues, the name on file may not exactly match what data is being entered. In this case a staff member will need to review your account. Please ensure that you have provided the information requested above in your reply.

When I log in to ParentVUE, I cannot see all/any of my children to register them or view their report cards.
Depending on how your access was established in eSchool+ we may need to review the link/connection between you and your children in our system. In this case, a staff member will need to review your account. Please ensure that you have provided the information requested above in your reply.

Do not begin online registration until a staff member replies that this has been resolved. If you begin an online registration, we will need to reset your progress so that you can register your child/ren.

When I log in to ParentVUE, I cannot see my graduating senior's report card.
Students who graduated no longer have access to Home Access Center to view report card information. Instead, final grades for graduates can be viewed via a student’s transcript. Parents and students can easily order transcripts online at any time through Parchment. Personal copies are available at no cost. Transcripts showing final grades will be emailed once the online form is submitted and your high school verifies your information. When I log in to ParentVUE, I cannot see all of my child’s academic data and information.
We are continuing to load information about students in the District over the next several weeks. Also, we are not loading all historical report cards, and this was also not available in Home Access Center. You can access all of your student’s previous grades under “Course History” in ParentVUE. Moving forward, you will be able to access report cards that are generated for future semesters.
